In Assisted Mode it opens the application form pre-filled, so submitting takes one click (and you can clear any CAPTCHA yourself). For some employers it can submit fully in the background. What we never do is fake it — if something can't be submitted automatically, you get the complete tailored kit by email and apply via the link in about a minute.
Directly to you. Every application goes out under your real email address — when a recruiter clicks "Reply", their message lands in your inbox, not ours. We don't intercept your conversations. Other "auto-apply" services use disposable relay domains that forward through their platform — we don't, and we don't plan to.

RoleScout sends from noreply@rolescout.uk, which is a newish sending domain. Your provider
(Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail) may route the first few messages to Spam / Junk / Bulk while
it builds trust — that's normal for any new sender. To make sure you never miss a tailored application:
open the RoleScout email in that folder, click "Not Junk" (or "Not Spam" / "Report Not
Spam"), and add noreply@rolescout.uk to your Contacts /
Safe Senders. After a couple of those signals, your provider will deliver RoleScout
straight to your Inbox.
Cancel anytime from your account — no support ticket needed, no "are you sure" hoops. If you've prepaid for a credit pack, the credits never expire. Your monthly Pro application allowance resets on your billing date and doesn't roll over.
